There is no fluorinated non-stick coating on any OMEGA food-contact surface, so the coating chemistry many families are trying to avoid simply isn’t there. Titanium, stainless steel and food-grade silicone are valued for being stable and non-reactive. As with any kitchenware, use it as directed and avoid needlessly overheating an empty pan.
Most OMEGA accessories are dishwasher safe, though hand washing keeps them looking their best for longer. Wooden pieces should be hand washed and dried, with a little food-safe oil now and then. Product-specific care is listed on each product page under Care & Use.

I really LOVE my Titanium skillet because of the even heating ,durable quality of material and beautiful surface. I have a rating of 4 only because I was under the impression there would be a non-stick surface and it is not . Even though I lightly spray an oil the food steal sticks. So in your advertising I would not include that as a feature. Otherwise it is a great product Finally I appreciated your continued notification about shipping date and delivery!!!!
It took a while for the pan to come. The cooking experience was good. The food really did slide right off the titanium interior. There was a slight discoloration when I washed it by hand. I'm going to try it in the dishwasher now. I might consider another manufacturer in the future, but the lifetime guarantee makes this pan a keeper.
The pan cooks awesome I was warming up the pan on low heat and used no butter or oil for the eggs but the taste was a little bland so I started using a little butter and for the sausages, I used a little extra-virgin olive oil. The kids loved them. The pan cleans up easy I let it cool down and used liquid soap and a nylon brush. It looks brand new.
The heat retention is amazing. Keeps the food warm on the table during dinner.

Was a bit surprised by the assembly required of the pan, however, it doesn’t appear to affect the performance. To date, the pan has performed well👍 Never received the cooking guide in the shipping box.
So far, non stick surface and a easy clean up,we are happy that we changed from using coated fryng pans to a safe cook ware, Del.

Good pan so far cleans easy. and you say it is made of all titanium but on papers that came with the pan there is other metals with it explain that and why does take so long to get deliver . what kind of discount will you give me on the next purchase Darrell
The only problem I had is a missing screw to hold the lid on. I’m waiting for that to be sent. The pan however works great.
Excels for one man dhow
I was very skeptical about these pans….But I must say that I’m very pleased with them..I previously used stainless steel pans and was very frustrated because no matter what I did, everything would stick…Now, with the Omega pans I am delighted..I use a little oil and even eggs don’t stick..The pans clean up easily.
